It’s RAG week here in Galway, which is a dangerous time to be in this quiet seaside town. The event is “unofficial” now, at a cost of about €60,000 according to the Irish Independent, but that shouldn’t make you rest easy. Last year it was “unofficial,” too – and look how that turned out.
